Enrolment
Enrolment in a course grants a single, personal, non-transferable licence to access the course material. Accounts may not be shared between practitioners or within a clinic without a group licence.
Payment & refunds
All prices are stated in euros and charged once, at enrolment. A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course material has been completed.
Access
Enrolled courses remain accessible for the lifetime of the academy, including all future updates to the material. We reserve the right to retire a course with 12 months' notice, during which download of certificates remains available.
Certificates
Certificates are issued upon completion of all modules and the final review. Each certificate carries a verifiable ID. Certificates attest to completed training and do not by themselves confer a licence to practise.
Professional responsibility
Techniques taught in the academy are intended for licensed professionals acting within the scope of their local regulations. You are responsible for confirming that a technique is within your permitted scope of practice.
Intellectual property
All video, text and imagery remain the property of Maison Derma Clinic. Recording, redistribution or resale of course material is prohibited.
